Cold filled Tomatoes

Ingredients for 4/6 persons:
1 cup couscous already cooked
100 g. ricotta or milk flakes or tofu
1 spoonful chopped capers
1 celery heart finely chopped or steamed green beans in pieces ( 2 spoonfuls)
4 big red tomatoes
Origanum  or thyme at your choice

Preparation:
Cut tomatoes into halves,  eliminate the seeds but preserve the pulp to add the cooked couscous. Add the other ingredients and with this mix fill the tomatoes.

To be served cold.
