Coconut Couscous Balls

Ingredients for 4 persons:
½ litre  milk
100 g couscous
2 spoonfuls raisin
1 spoonful sugar
2 spoonfuls hazel nuts ( toasted and chopped)
1 stick vanilla
100 g grated coconut

Preparation:
Cook couscous with milk, let it boil with the stick of vanilla and some salt, for about 10 minutes; put the gas off and add sugar, raisins, half the coconut and the hazel-nuts. The following day make the balls with your hands, slightly wet; then roll the balls on the remaining coconut and put them in the refrigerator.
