Preparation:
For 3/4
persons– 250 g. couscous.
Pour into a wide pan 250 g. couscous and 3 spoonfuls of seed oil,
stir very well with a fork. Meantime in a tefal pot, make 250 c.c.
water with a tea spoon salt boil. Pour couscous stirring with
delicacy so that all the water is absorbed. Put the gas off, cover
with a lid and let it rest for 2 minutes. Add two scoops of butter
and cook again on a low gas for another 3 minutes, dividing the
couscous grains with a fork. Cover with a lid and let couscous
rest for about 8 minutes.
To
obtain a tasty couscous you can substitute water with meat, fish
or vegetable broth.
