Ingredients for 4 persons:
250
g couscous
300
g cherry tomatoes
a
cucumber
an onion
3 lemons
200 g black stoned olives
sauce with red pepper and garlic
parsley
marjoram
oil and salt.

Preparations:
Prepare
and wash the vegetables, cut the cherry tomatoes, the cucumber,
the onion and one lemon into fine slices. Pour everything into a
pan, add the olives, the herbs previously washed and chopped and
stir. Pour into a bowl 4 spoonfuls of oil, the juice of the
remaining lemons, some salt and half a tea spoon of red pepper
sauce. Mix very well and pour the mix on the vegetables. Prepare
couscous following the base recipe; let it cool, add the seasoned
vegetables, stir and serve.
To
obtain the piquant sauce, mill 6 chillies, two cloves of garlic, 3
spoonfuls oil, salt. Mix till to obtain a sort of cream.
