Ingredients for 4/6 persons:
300
g couscous
50 g chopped onion
350 g mixed boiled vegetables
300 g shrimps, cooked at your choice
1
spoonful curry

Preparation:
Pour
the onion into a pan with 4 spoonfuls of oil and let it brown
slightly. Add the couscous and wet it with warm water ( the double
of its volume), add salt and red pepper. Add chopped vegetables
and some curry. Cook on the gas for five minutes and then add the
shrimps, stir carefully and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
